Each spring, 10,000 high school sophomores from across the country join one of HOBY’s 70 State Leadership Seminars to recognize their leadership talents and apply them to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace, and community. Ambassadors will participate in activities, keynotes, and discussions focused on HOBY’s three phases of the Social Change Model of Leadership – personal leadership, group leadership, and societal leadership. The HOBY State Leadership Seminar is only for sophomores, so don’t miss out!
