VOLUNTEER

Montana HOBY’s Leadership Seminar is entirely volunteer led. All of the Corporate Board and Executive Staff, as well as seminar staff, volunteer their time to ensure that our programs are an OUTSTANDING experience for every ambassador.

Some of our volunteers work year round to set the vision, policies, and goals for the program, raise funds, publicize HOBY, and recruit ambassadors and volunteers. Other volunteers join us for our four-day seminar to facilitate the HOBY vision and work directly with students to make a difference.
