VOLUNTEER ARRIVAL
What should I do before I arrive?
You must complete your Volunteer Pre-Seminar Materials and join our 2026 Geneva chat.
When should I arrive?
Volunteers must arrive no later than 8:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 11. It is preferable that volunteers arrive in the evening on June 10. Dinner will be provided.
Where will we be located?
You should arrive to check in at Petro Hall. This is the same location as last year–it is accessed via Rimrock Road. There is a parking garage that will have free parking available to volunteers for the whole seminar. We will be completing our seminar activities in the College of Education, and we will take our photos in front of McMullan Hall.
